I am the Director of Research for the International Growth Centre (IGC) and a Research Fellow in Economics at LSE.

I have advised a number of governments in Asia and Africa on energy and public finance issues. My research focuses on energy, climate change, and growth in the developing world. I hold a PhD in Economics from LSE.
